چکیده
We present an algorithm for coherent diffractive imaging with phaseless measurements. It treats the forward model as a combination of and incoherent waves. The reconstructs absorption phase contrast that quantifies attenuation refraction waves propagating through object. requires or partially illuminations, several detectors to record intensity distorted wave passes object under inspection. diversity obtained by putting masks between source object, provides enough information imaging. computational cost our is linear in number pixels image. Therefore, it efficient high-resolution Our guarantees exact recovery if image sparse given basis. Numerical experiments setting diffraction objects validate efficiency precision suggested algorithm.

Background PC-MRI is a noninvasive imaging technique used to measure the velocity of flowing blood in a particular blood vessel with flexible spatial and temporal resolution [1,2]. It is considered the clinical “gold standard” for quantification of blood flow. PC-MRI boasts a variety of established applications in quantifying cardiovascular function and hemodynamics. In particular, this techniq...
متن کاملQuantitative X-ray phase contrast waveguide imaging of bacterial endospores1
Quantitative waveguide-based X-ray phase contrast imaging has been carried out on the level of single, unstained, unsliced and freeze-dried bacterial cells of Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus subtilis using hard X-rays of 7.9 keV photon energy. The cells have been prepared in the metabolically dormant state of an endospore. The quantitative phase maps obtained by iterative phase retrieval us...
متن کاملNonlinear self-calibrated phase-contrast correction in quantitative cardiac imaging
Background Residual background phase in cardiac phase-contrast (PC) imaging introduces velocity errors that bias quantitative flow measurements [1]. While the bias can be offset using static phantoms [2], improved workflow is realized if self-calibrated correction is performed by fitting the phase of static tissue from the in vivo images. However, the residual phase can be nonlinear in space an...

We present a new method for quantitative nondestructive characterization of objects by x-ray phase-contrast imaging. Spatial distributions of the projected values of the complex refractive index in the sample are reconstructed by processing near-field images collected at a fixed sample-to-detector distance using a polychromatic incident beam and an energy-sensitive area detector, such as a CCD ...
متن کاملQuantitative phase imaging and complex field reconstruction by pupil modulation differential phase contrast.
Differential phase contrast (DPC) is a non-interferometric quantitative phase imaging method achieved by using an asymmetric imaging procedure. We report a pupil modulation differential phase contrast (PMDPC) imaging method by filtering a sample's Fourier domain with half-circle pupils. A phase gradient image is captured with each half-circle pupil, and a quantitative high resolution phase imag...
